About the Role

As a Mechanical Project Coordinator at Davis Mills, you will be responsible for managing and administering specialist subcontractors, supervising and coordinating works on site, and reviewing contractor design elements. Your primary goal will be to ensure project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme, and cost.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical bias, with excellent understanding of the project cycle from first fix. Key responsibilities include:

  • Main or sub contracting background
  • In-depth understanding of high-end installations
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Commercially astute and able to coordinate all works with contractors and direct labour commissioning and handover
