Job Title: Quotation and Sales Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quotation and Sales Support professional to join our team at Urbis Schréder LTD. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Field Sales teams and customers to generate price proposals for our Lighting products and Connected services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate professional quote offerings in a timely manner, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, budget, and customer vision.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and service offerings, and provide expert guidance to our customers on available solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to identify gaps and opportunities for upselling products and services, driving market share growth.
  • Oversee and support the input of project and pipeline opportunities into the CRM platform, ensuring product and resource availability aligns with customer and project requirements.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers, supporting queries, opportunity conversion, and future sales.
  • Occasionally process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring deliveries meet our Install team and customer expectations.
  • Ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate within CRM and ERP systems, maintaining data accuracy on scheduling and revenue recognition.
  • Regularly inform your line manager on progress, status of key customers, and opportunities for development, using performance reports and data analysis to inform feedback and action plans.
  • Work in partnership with the Commercial Operations team to deliver a collaborative and seamless approach, ensuring excellent customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

Educated to A Level or equivalent, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
