About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our website's user experience and conversion rates. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive online business growth through the creation of a unique online experience and service for B2B and B2C customers worldwide
  • Oversee e-com operations and lead projects to improve site merchandising, using various tools and techniques
  • Lead projects to enhance site SEO, ensuring our digital presence is well-referenced and visible to our target audience
  • Coordinate and optimize web experiences, including functionalities and testing, to ensure seamless user interactions
  • Analyze Digital KPIs and propose actions to maintain peak performance, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Expert-level understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyze data accurately
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and insights
  • Proven experience in managing small teams and projects, working to deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and assess ease and impact
  • A genuine passion for all things digital, combined with an appreciation for luxury and design
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, Algolia & Hotjar
