Pensions Technical and Trustee Services Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Technical and Trustee Services Executive to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our Pensions Technical and Trustee Services team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert pension services for Unilever's UK pension arrangements and some of the Irish pension arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide assistance on projects in the areas of governance, policy, and benefit administration.
- Assist in researching technical queries raised by internal and external stakeholders, identifying and gathering relevant information, and drafting briefing papers/summaries.
- Ensure schemes are compliant in all areas of regulations and legislation, and carry out certain compliance activities.
- Manage the distribution of SMPI statements and maintain databases of important historic scheme information.
- Produce the statutory Scheme Annual Report and Accounts, and draft sections for the Trustees' report.
- Monitor technical bulletins, identify key matters of interest, and communicate actions to relevant stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a passion for producing high-quality work, working as part of a team, and developing and improving processes. You will also have a natural ability to apply logic and problem-solving skills to put your knowledge into practice.
Requirements
- Qualified to degree level and working towards the professional exams for Associate Membership of the Pensions Management Institute.
- Sound knowledge of UK pensions legislation and best practice.
- Experience in a technical pensions role or trustee secretarial role, or as a consultant.
