My client, a facilities management business in Carlisle, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to assist with administrative duties related to payroll for a high volume of employees.

This role will suit a candidate with strong administrative background and preferably some payroll experience. They should be comfortable working with systems and handling a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will work on-site, with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time basis (minimum 25 hours per week). The hourly rate is up to £15.38 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing starters and leavers onto the system
  2. Inputting key payroll information
  3. Dealing with time and attendance
  4. Managing overtime and expenses
  5. Performing general administrative duties
