About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £17.00, with double-time on Bank Holidays.
  • PLUS £13.50 for travel and wait time, plus paid mileage.
