Job Title: Educational Support Assistant

Location: Shropshire

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Support Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in primary and/or secondary schools in and around Shropshire on a supply basis, with the potential for short and long-term roles as well as day-to-day supply.

Role Overview:

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in achieving their academic goals. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational programs, and providing individualized support to students who require it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or training in teaching or education support
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teachers and students

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
