We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Specialist to join our team at MCR Property Group in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent real estate investment and development company, with a strong UK presence and a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets.

MCR Property Group is a dynamic and growing business, with a focus on developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio of assets. As a Commercial Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Finance Team, providing financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends and increase financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing financial analysis and modelling to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Supporting the cost-analysis of landlord and service charge expenditure
  • Tracking and determining financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Effectively presenting findings and recommendations to the Commercial Finance Team
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
  • Aiding in budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Requirements for this role include:

  • CIMA or ACCA qualification, or part-qualified
  • Experience in the property industry, with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing, and statutory accounts preferred but not essential
