This exciting opportunity offers a results-driven salary of £40,000 - £50,000, alongside a competitive commission structure paid quarterly. You'll also enjoy the flexibility of working in the Manchester office with a couple of days working from home per year.

About the Role
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key business introducers like accountants and solicitors.
  • Self-generate leads and build an excellent client portfolio.
  • Provide commercial finance advice and match businesses with suitable finance solutions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell a variety of finance products.
  • Stay informed on the latest financial products and services.
  • Achieve or surpass revenue targets and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager in commercial finance.

  • Experience working with SMEs and understanding their financial needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
