Job Title: Building Surveyor Specialist

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor Specialist to join our team at IRIS Recruitment. As a surveyor with knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation, you will be responsible for undertaking surveys, inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Undertake pre and post-inspection of works, liaising with in-house teams, contractors, and customers.
  • Complete surveys for defects and repairs within properties, including DMC related works and structural defects.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts.

Requirements:

  • Education to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction.
  • Awareness of regulatory legislation and HHSRS standards.
