We are Solutions Engineering Recruitment, a leading provider of IT and comms solutions to the South West M4 Corridor area.

With over 10 years of experience in delivering bespoke end-to-end solutions, we have formed partnerships with market-leading network operators, carriers, and IT vendors to support our clients' business needs.

To continue expanding our services, we seek an experienced Telecoms Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. First, second, and third-line support for our SME customers
  2. Hardware and software troubleshooting on customer sites as needed
  3. Effective communication with customers via phone and face-to-face interactions
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Telecoms Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various areas including Telephony, Office 365, Cyber Security, Telecoms Hardware, and Wifi. A key aspect of the job involves operating first, second, and third-line support for our SME customers.

You will also be required to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on customer sites as needed. This requires effective communication with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including company van, working hours from 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday, work environment: office/home/field based, and holiday entitlement of 25 days + bank holidays.

Some essential requirements for the role include experience in first and second-line support roles, particularly in Telephony and IT. System experience with Gamma Horizon and Office 365 is also essential. Experience with Barracuda Cybersecurity is preferred but not mandatory.
