As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will design and deliver training programs that meet the current and future needs of the business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have experience in gathering data and translating it into actionable insight. A CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent is highly desirable.

Our salary package includes a minimum of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), hybrid working arrangements, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
