Maintenance Engineer - Stirling Warrington

Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a mechanical or electrical bias looking for a challenging role in a leading manufacturing facility?

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced maintenance engineer to join our team at our Banbury site. As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a range of equipment, including PLC controlled machinery, Kuka and ABB robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, and injection moulding machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out planned maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency.
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain production levels.
  3. Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
  4. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with established health and safety procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized electrical/mechanical/hydraulic qualification in engineering maintenance.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an industrial maintenance engineer.
  • Experience with Kuka and ABB robots would be beneficial.
  • Experience with injection moulding machinery would be beneficial.
