About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in a leading FMCG company. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Deliver safe and high-performance engineering solutions while minimising downtime and costs.
  • Organise and execute tasks with professionalism, ensuring accountability for all tools and equipment used.
  • Contribute to reducing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) through active participation in discussions and planning.
  • Work towards improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by conducting root cause analysis with the engineering team and meeting set KPIs.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £57,000 per annum, a 4 on/4 off rotating schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package.
