The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is a world-leading cancer centre that provides exceptional care to patients with haematological malignancies. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Fellow to support our Early Phase Clinical Trials Team.

Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects, collaborating with renowned experts in the field. As a Clinical Research Fellow, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data collection and accurate results.

You will have the chance to work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals, to advance our understanding of lymphoma and develop innovative treatments. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the future of cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols
  • Collaborate with investigators to design and conduct studies
  • Analyze and interpret trial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

  • MRCP or equivalent qualification
  • GMC registration
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical practice experience in Medical/Clinical Oncology and/or Haemato-oncology
  • Experience as an investigator on clinical trials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team

Salary:£43,140 - £72,488 per annum, depending on experience
