Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Swimming Teacher to join our team of qualified instructors. As a Trainee Swimming Teacher, you will have the opportunity to gain the qualifications and training needed to teach people of all ages and abilities how to swim.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced Swimming Teachers in delivering swimming lessons to children and adults
- Support the development of swimming programs and lesson plans
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Competent swimmer with a passion for teaching and learning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
