About the Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity to step into the role of SENCO at an Outstanding school where inclusion takes centre stage. As our SENCO, you will have the chance to lead and develop the school's SEND strategy and provision. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure inclusive education for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEND strategies and policies
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure inclusive education for all pupils
- Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the success of pupils with SEND
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified teacher with QTS and NASENCO qualification. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a SENCO and exceptional knowledge of SEND practices, policies, and frameworks. They will also be a passionate advocate for inclusive education with excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and support, a warm and welcoming environment, and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of our students.
