About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at the Farndon Unit, a purpose-built low secure hospital. As a qualified RMN, you will provide specialist care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illness and/or personality disorder and/or mild learning disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Be responsible for the mentorship and support of team members.
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach.
- A commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
