Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team at Awerian, a leading research and development consultancy. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions for our clients in the defence and homeland security sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hardware solutions using a range of technologies, including circuit design, embedded systems, and digital electronics.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to develop system architecture and interfaces.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components into larger systems.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of hardware solutions to ensure they meet performance and reliability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware solutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware design and development, including circuit design, embedded systems, and digital electronics.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
