Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KFC General Manager to join our team at KFC UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding sales results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and elevating the performance of our restaurant, ensuring that we meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, optimizing operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimizing waste, and monitoring and controlling costs to achieve budget targets.

You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This includes training and developing staff to improve their skills and knowledge, addressing any performance issues, and ensuring that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
