Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as a Team Manager in our Learning Disabilities department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our staff team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of learning disabilities and be able to motivate and support staff to achieve their best. They will also be responsible for monitoring the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of our clients and ensuring that their needs are met.

The role will involve contributing to the selection and induction of new staff, leading and motivating staff, and contributing to the development of staff teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with CCG, local authority, and other contracts, as well as CQC regulations.
