Job Description

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will form part of a dynamic sales team at TPS in the UK. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  2. Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers.
  3. Maintain accurate records and utilize systems efficiently to search and order parts.
  4. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding credit status and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to drive business success.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Passion for providing a great customer service experience and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • IT literacy, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel, and attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.

About TPS

TPS is an agency model-based national network of centres, part of the Volkswagen Group. We provide independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
