Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to work with our client in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
Formulating and implementing care plans.
Providing treatment as necessary.
Using evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards.
Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian.
Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
