Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) to join their Specialist Hub Team in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will work full-time and be responsible for coordinating care for service users within the Care Programme Approach policy.
Key Responsibilities- Care Coordination: Work closely with the Older People's Service or adult mental health team to manage a caseload of service users, providing supervision as required.
- Assessment and Planning: Undertake assessments, develop plans, implement actions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective support for service users.
- Mental Health Act 1983: Operate as an Approved Social Worker under the Mental Health Act 1983, adhering to its requirements.
- A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registration.
