We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced high volume credit control environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Follow debt collection procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, procedures and processes
  • Raising & requesting Notice of Potential Liabilities on Registers of Scotland
  • Recording NOPL's and making sure these kept up to date
  • Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing the DD increase review letters
  • Checking on landlord registration for contact details for new developments
  • Stay updated on credit control best practice
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced high volume credit control environment
  • Experience using CPL software (preferred) and Microsoft
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and take own initiative
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and must have a suitable commute to the centre of Glasgow.
