Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Professional to join our team at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work as a permanent Band 3 Admin Officer, providing confidential and efficient administrative support to clinical staff, consultants, and the wider administration team.

The role involves taking telephone calls and receiving visitors, typing reports and letters, working out of a shared inbox, and taking minutes at meetings. You will also be responsible for updating Electronic Patient Health Record Systems.

  • Taking minutes at meetings such as CPA's, MDTS, CTR's, Section 117 and professionals meetings.
  • Updating Electronic Patient Health Record System.

Person Specification

  • Word-processing skills at Level 3 (OCR/RSA Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/or demonstrable relevant experience)
  • AUDIO Typing qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • General level of education to O-Level/ GCSE or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, consultants, and the wider administration team
  • Take minutes at meetings and update action plans
  • Update Electronic Patient Health Record Systems
  • Work out of a shared inbox and respond to emails
  • Typing reports and letters

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum.
