The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Client Solutions Manager to join our team at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. This role will be responsible for managing the marketing process of individual products, taking ownership of preparation and maintenance of product and corporate marketing collaterals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote PATRIZIA's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and other supporting collateral.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What We Look For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in an infrastructure-focused investment management business.
  • Relevant experience can include client services, investor relations, or business development.
  • Familiarity with responding to RFI/DDQs and producing marketing materials, as well as an understanding of the sales process and regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Confident communication style and well-developed people management skills with a natural ability to develop relationships, internally and externally.
  • A positive, proactive approach to work and an ability to perform in a driven team environment.
  • A highly self-motivated approach to work, with a desire to help mentor junior members of the team.
  • Analytical nature with impeccable attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and competency in all Microsoft packages, including excellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills.
  • Fluent English is a must; German language skills are helpful.
