Job Title: Cyber Field Engineer

As a Cyber Field Engineer at the Telappliant Group, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our customer security systems. This will involve site access, CCTV, security, and voice & data network cabling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and test security systems while adhering to statutory and legal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of all work completed.
  • Install and maintain data network and Wi-Fi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
About the Role:

You will be working with a small and friendly Engineering team, closely collaborating with Service Delivery Managers. You will have direct contact with customers and business partners, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience working within a similar field.
  • A mix of experience working within Industrial, Domestic, and Commercial settings.
  • A full UK Driving Licence, with no more than 6 points on your license.
  • Willingness to work away from home for short periods of time as and when the work requires.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
