Job Title: IT Security Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Service Engineer to join our team at Bond Williams Limited. As an IT Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining customer security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain data network and WiFi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
  • Survey, design, implement, and test security systems while adhering to all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm systems.
  • Provide IT technical support to customers as needed.
  • Install Access Control using Paxton systems.
  • Liaise with our IT Service Delivery team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in installing and maintaining data network and WiFi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
  • IT Technical Support experience to include testing security systems in industrial, domestic, and commercial settings.
  • A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Willingness to work away from home for short periods as required.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
