User-Centered Design Architect at Evroc: Shape the Digital Future of Europe

We're looking for an experienced UX architect to join our Console team and help shape the user experience of our groundbreaking cloud technology. As an early member of this pioneering project, you'll have a significant impact on defining how our users interact with our cloud services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their work on complex, cloud-based solutions or SaaS products. They should be proficient in UX design principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience with processes, testing, and user research.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and testing.">
  • Establish and advocate for UX best practices and standards across the product lifecycle to ensure consistent and intuitive experiences.">
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive design aligned with product goals.">
  • Plan, execute, and analyze user research sessions, usability tests, and other validation methods to inform design decisions.">
  • Create intuitive interfaces that are simple, usable, and efficient for our diverse range of users.">
  • Help build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistent visual language and experience across all products.">

Your Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on complex, cloud-based solutions or SaaS products.">
  • Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience with processes, testing, and user research.">
  • Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools, with a keen eye for detail and visual hierarchy.">
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and frameworks like Svelte or React, with hands-on experience coding is a plus.">
  • Understanding of cloud services and experience designing interfaces that interact with Kubernetes clusters or similar backend services.">
  • Ability to analyze user feedback, behavior analytics, and other data to inform design direction.">
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and excellent communication skills.">
