ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a talented User-Centered Design Lead to join our team. As a hands-on design practitioner, you will create user-centered experiences and lead the execution of platform-wide solutions. You will collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to define and deliver user-centric experiences that meet industry-leading standards for our advertising platform.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. You will work with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Engineers, and Designers to craft engaging user interfaces and experiences that drive business outcomes.
  2. Presentation of design solutions and user-validated insights is essential in this role, requiring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. You will champion systematization by designing scalable components and contributing to the design system to promote reusability.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, including interaction design, user-centered methodologies, and relevant design disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey design concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
  • Able to approach design challenges with a user-focused mindset, refining and iterating based on feedback and data.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centered Design, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
