Job Title: Principal Electronics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Electronics Engineer to join our team at Endeavour Resourcing Solutions Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronics for instrumentation and acoustics applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop electronics for instrumentation and acoustics applications, including mixed signal design and microcontroller-based circuit design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical standards and guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to sales and manufacturing departments.
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigating activities.
Requirements:
  • BSc/BEng or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise in analogue and digital circuit design, preferably in an instrumentation development environment.
  • Experience with microcontroller-based circuit design and embedded software.
  • Knowledge of FPGA-based circuit design is desirable.
  • IPC trained (training can be provided).
  • OrCAD design software or experience with similar tools.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplined team.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good written and presentational communication skills.
Security Clearance:

The role requires a UK passport holder (not dual nationality) and capable of gaining National Security Vetting SC clearance. 5 years residency in UK is required.
