Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging indoor and outdoor activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Support children's emotional and social needs, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure their well-being.
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

- Use initiative and creativity to engage children and support their individual needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Level 2/3 childcare qualification or relevant experience is desirable.
- A commitment to providing high-quality childcare, including physical care and hygienic practice for children aged 4 months – 5 years.
- An understanding of the developmental needs of children, Statutory Framework, and relevant legislation.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding good practice.
- A Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to train.
