Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Link3 Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable early years setting in a desirable location. We are currently seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and physical development, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network and ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and productive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote high-quality early years education and care.
Essential Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to achieve shared goals.
  • A passion for child development and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
