Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health Specialist to join our team in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys and producing relevant reports, while ensuring compliance with HSG 264 guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out refurbishment and demolition (R&D) surveys and management surveys across our stock.
  • Compile asbestos survey reports according to HSG 264 requirements.
  • Take asbestos samples (when necessary) in compliance with HSG 264.
  • Update stock data stored within our asset management system.
  • Determine the necessity for resident consultation regarding survey work and participate in residents' meetings when required.

This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis and can be based in the Cornwall, Devon, or Somerset area.

Salary range: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
