  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the daily timekeeping of technicians and ensure a consistent level of attendance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle manufacturers to provide technical information and support to technicians during repair operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping and security within the workshop.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience as a Workshop Controller/Workshop Foreman/HGV Technician/Workshop Supervisor is preferred.
  • Commercial automotive industry experience is essential.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage a workshop environment.
  • The ability to exceed targets and deadlines is a must.
  • Valid UK driving license is required.

**About the Role:**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the commercial automotive industry. As a Garage Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Salary:** £42,500 per annum (OTE) based on location and performance. Estimated salary range: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.
