The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a genuine passion for working with children and improving their educational journey.
  • Will have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Will have experience working in a transferable role.
  • Will follow personalized curriculum's and care plans to meet pupil's requirements.
  • Will work with pupils on both a 1:1 basis and in group settings, communicating effectively.
  • Will participate in the planning and implementation of the child's curriculum through lesson planning.
  • Will possess good classroom skills.
  • Will set up lessons, equipment, and activities within the classrooms.
  • Will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other teams to create a holistic supportive environment for the pupil.
