Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational performance improvement, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Effective stakeholder management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of operational improvement methodologies and tools.
