Job Title: Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial air conditioning systems across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Ensuring all technical and compliance paperwork is up-to-date and completed.
- Safe working practices in relation to 3-phase and single-phase electrics and applications.
- Carrying out surveys and completing reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- F-Gas certification is essential.
- Desirable qualifications include NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds 17th or 18th edition, and commissioning experience.
- A full driving license is required for this role.
Package:
- Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience).
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Standby/call-out hours vary depending on location.
- Holidays: 33 days (25 + 8 bank holidays).
