About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Regional Executive Chef to join our team at Gather & Gather in the South West region. As a key member of our senior food team, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and coaching our chefs within the region, as well as guiding our operations teams on our brand pillars and food ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and develop our chefs within the South West region
  • Guide our operations teams on our brand pillars and food ethos
  • Mentor and coach our chefs to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement new food concepts and menus
  • Work closely with our Regional Operations Director to drive food sales and operational delivery
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within the contract catering industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local food trends and culinary techniques
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of food quality
  • Experience of leading large teams
