We are looking for a Financial Delivery Specialist to join our team in Newry. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, project programmes, site layouts, weekly cost reports, site records, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders.

Main duties include:

  • Managing the financial aspects of projects
  • Controlling Costs, Project Programmes, Site Layouts, Weekly Cost Reports, Site Records
  • Progressing Monthly Valuations, Managing Variations and Change Orders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3rd Level Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree with extensive site experience
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in financial planning and control of mechanical projects
  • Knowledge in JCT and NEC Forms of Contract
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage
  • UK Driving Licence, CSR card or equivalent H&S card for site (desirable)
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
