Senior Contract Co-ordinator Job Description

Our undisclosed client seeks a seasoned Senior Contract Co-ordinator to oversee the daily operations of their homecare service. This pivotal role demands exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service delivery, ensuring seamless care plans, rosters, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager to develop and implement service policies and practice guidelines.
  • Maintain the highest standards of care quality through regular reviews and evaluations.
  • Support the Care Manager in preparing for inspections and visits.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Full valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
  • Health & Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Moving & Handling training certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity and conducting meaningful supervisions.
  • Working knowledge of call-monitoring systems.

This role involves Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007.

Working Conditions:
