Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Gold Group. As a key player in our fast-paced and expanding business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships in the Yorkshire, Humber, and Lincolnshire regions.
About the Role:
This field-based position will focus on medical devices in theatre and outpatient settings, with a particular emphasis on operating rooms and delivery suites. You will report to the UK Sales Manager and have full responsibility and ownership for developing and supporting both newly acquired and established products, as well as launching innovative new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the region.
• Drive sales growth by understanding market dynamics, identifying opportunities, and acting on them to promote and sell gynecology and obstetrics products.
• Engage stakeholders effectively to drive decision-making and sales, utilizing a tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach.
Requirements:
• A scientific degree, nursing qualification, or clinical specialist background.
• 3-5 years of field sales experience with a focus on operating room sales.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen.
• Experience in stakeholder management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
What We Offer:
• A competitive base salary of up to £55,000, with a 40% bonus and £950 per month car allowance.
