At Wren Kitchens, we are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and managing the end-to-end sales process.

Salary Information

You will earn an estimated basic salary of £23,920 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000. This competitive remuneration package reflects your value as a key contributor to our business success.

About the Role

  • Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that drive sales and enhance their home experience.
  • Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation, to provide customers with a comprehensive solution.
  • Effectively follow up on all customer enquiries in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customers enjoy a world-class journey from start to finish, delivering a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in touch with each customer to guarantee their satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and present kitchen and bedroom displays that showcase our products and inspire customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends to remain competitive.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

  • Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable but not essential.
