Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects for a leading retail fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have experience with projects valued up to £2m and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend project tender interviews and review contract documentation
  • Produce project protocol documentation and arrange internal project kick-off meetings
  • Develop project programmes and identify cost changes throughout the contract
  • Lead a project team and source site management and site teams as needed
  • Regular site visits to assess progress and liaise with the site team
Requirements:
  • Experience with retail fit-out projects valued up to £2m
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
