About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
