Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated sales drive with a history of meeting targets and KPIs.

  • Proven rapport-building abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Risk awareness coupled with solid planning and analytical capabilities.
  • Preferred qualifications include Cert CII, with experience working towards targets in a regulated environment and achieving service level agreements.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will assist a diverse range of small to medium-sized enterprises in identifying insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will engage with both new and existing clients who have scheduled discussions regarding their insurance requirements (note: this role does not involve cold calling). Your communication skills will be essential in establishing rapport, gathering pertinent information to assess their needs, and guiding them toward suitable insurance policies while ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the process.

This role is primarily inbound, with leads provided by a dedicated lead generation team. While most interactions will be incoming calls, you may occasionally need to make outbound calls to request further instructions from clients.

You may need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize various systems, and work within a dynamic, friendly, and agile team environment.

Position Summary:

  • This is a permanent position.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Salary is competitive, ranging from £22,000 to £25,000, plus a monthly performance-related bonus.
  • We provide a structured training program and a dedicated training team to support your success.
