Italian Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Italian Cuisine Specialist to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and risotto.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

Our restaurant is located in a lovely setting with a garden at the front. As a listed building, it retains many original features and offers a private upstairs dining area available for up to 30 guests.
