About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to lead our global market efforts in the Cookware Industry. As a Virtual Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profits in the UK market, working closely with two key distributors to expand our presence and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to expand sales channels and increase revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the National Account Controller to provide support and guidance
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident and self-motivated with a drive to meet targets
- Competitive salary up to 40K + 5K car allowance
- ~40% bonus (50% of this for hitting personal targets)
- Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
