Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the month-end close process, including preparation of journals and analysis of accruals, prepayments, payroll, and sundry income.
  • Support the completion of comprehensive analytical reviews and analysis of the profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations of intercompany balances.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and provide support to the treasury function as needed.
  • Review cost centre data and provide financial support and advice to budget holders to ensure effective budget management.
  • Support non-finance personnel with costing matters.
  • Assist with the external audit process.
  • Contribute to the preparation of VAT and tax submissions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes in SAP.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA with 2+ years' experience.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and prioritization skills are required.
